Dear Amber,
Having a bit of trouble here. Seems that I’m coming down with a bad case of laryngitis. My words are all scratchy and screetchy.
So I won’t be writing you any further notes. I fear that would be futile. You wouldn’t be able to understand what I was saying anyway. Damn you laryngitis!
I’ll still be sending you the rest of the story. Just minus the personal communiqués.

PS. I decided to keep the ship, saber, and costume. It should be a good Christmas this year!
